What to email about

  • Billing & refunds. Charged twice, didn't get your file, want a refund — email info@wolfresume.com with the last 4 digits of the card or the email used at checkout, and we'll sort it out the same day.
  • Bugs & broken downloads. Tell us the browser, what you clicked, and what happened. A screenshot saves a round-trip.
  • Resume feedback. For a free founder-led review, use the dedicated form at /free-resume-review — it routes straight to the same inbox but captures the target role and a few details so the feedback is sharper.
  • Privacy & data requests. Delete your data, export it, or ask what we have on file — see the Privacy Policy or just email us.
  • Press, partnerships, or anything else. Same address. We're a small team, so a real person will reply.

Response time

Most emails get a reply within a few hours during the work week, and within 24 hours on weekends. If you haven't heard back in two business days, please resend — it almost always means the original got buried, not ignored.
