1. Acceptance
By using WolfResume (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. These Terms apply to every WolfResume product — free tools and paid features alike.
2. What WolfResume offers
WolfResume is a set of resume tools centered on how modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) actually read resumes.
Free tools:
- ATS parser test — deterministic diagnostic that shows what an ATS extracts from your file.
- ATS analyzer — AI-assisted scoring, keyword analysis, and bullet rewrites.
- Free AI resume — AI-generated, ATS-optimized resume delivered in the browser, free for the first 100 job seekers in the campaign.
Paid products:
- AI Resume — generated PDF and editable Word file delivered after secure Stripe checkout.
- Cover letter add-on — tailored to your target role.
- Career Kit — resume, cover letter, interview brief, and outreach + follow-up scripts.
Pricing is shown at checkout and on the pricing page. We may change pricing for future purchases; existing orders honor the price you saw at checkout.
3. Payment, refunds, and our 7-day guarantee
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. Orders are delivered immediately after checkout (the AI generates your file in seconds).
7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email info@wolfresume.com within 7 days of your order and we'll issue a full refund. No back-and-forth, no fine print.
Past 7 days, refunds are at our discretion — typically reserved for cases where a technical issue prevented delivery.
4. Free tools
Free tools (parser test, ATS analyzer, free AI resume) are provided as a courtesy and may be rate-limited, paused, or changed at any time. They carry no warranty.
The free AI resume is generated in your browser in roughly 60 seconds using the same AI pipeline as the paid product. The campaign is capped at the first 100 successfully generated resumes; once that count is reached, the offer closes for new visitors. Visitors already on the page when the cap is reached keep the right to generate their resume, up to an absolute ceiling of 500 free generations to bound the campaign. One free resume per person. We may decline submissions that appear to be spam, automated, duplicative, or outside the spirit of the campaign.
5. AI-generated content
Resumes, cover letters, and other AI-produced output are generated by Claude (Anthropic) based on the information you provide. Output may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing it before sending it to an employer. WolfResume does not guarantee that any resume will result in interviews, offers, or employment, and any claim of guaranteed outcomes elsewhere on the site is descriptive of capabilities, not a promise of result.
6. Your content and consent
You keep ownership of everything you submit (form input, uploaded resumes, cover letters, job descriptions) and everything we generate for you. By using the Service you grant WolfResume a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you — generating output, running diagnostics, and sending you email about your order or the campaign you participated in.
Trustpilot follow-up. After a free AI resume is generated, we send a single follow-up email roughly 24 hours later asking how it turned out and (optionally) inviting you to leave a Trustpilot review. This is disclosed on the form. Reply STOP to opt out — we won't send another.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Use the Service to generate resumes or cover letters misrepresenting another person's identity or qualifications.
- Scrape, mirror, or programmatically abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract proprietary models, prompts, or scoring logic.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be free of inaccuracies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfResume shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WolfResume harmless from claims arising out of (a) content you submit, (b) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if continuing to provide the Service would expose us to legal or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification) survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WolfResume is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
