WolfResume is an AI-powered resume builder that generates professional, ATS-optimized resumes based on information you provide. The Service produces a resume for download as a PDF for a one-time fee of $7.99.
3. Payment and Refunds
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The fee is $7.99 per resume. Due to the digital nature of the product and the AI processing involved, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your resume, contact us at dave@modernsitebuilders.com and we will make it right.
4. AI-Generated Content
Resumes generated by WolfResume are produced by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the generated content for accuracy before using it. WolfResume does not guarantee that any resume will result in job interviews or employment.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the information you provide and the resume generated for you. By using the Service, you grant WolfResume a limited license to process your information solely for the purpose of generating your resume.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WolfResume does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the AI-generated content will be free from inaccuracies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
